Serves: 1 | Prep 3 minutes | Cook: Refrigerate overnight
1/2 x cup Oats
1/2 x cup warm water
1/4 x cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 x Tbsp pure maple syrup (tip: use 1/2 tbsp stevia for a lower carb option.)
5 x strawberries halved to top.
- Place dry Oats in a bowl, pour warm water, milk and maple syrup on top.
- Stir until well combined and place in fridge overnight.
- Top with strawberries and enjoy.
