A sweet decadent and chocolatey protein ball, that’s simple to use and will have the entire family want more.
Serves – 16 | Prep/Make: 15 mins
2 x cups of almond meal
1/2 x cup desiccated coconut
1/3 x cup cacao
4 x Tbsp pure maple syrup
6 x Medjool dates
2 x scoops of protein powder
Water as necessary
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix for 30 seconds, stop to check and see the consistency as this changes with what protein powder you use.
- If the mix is too dry you will need to add water, start with 1 Tbsp of water and blend add additional water until mix is well combined and will stick together to form balls.
- Freeze un-used balls and take as you require from the freezer.
